Night walk at changi aloha.

Have you ever been to chalets in the middle of the night? Do you know what it feels like? Let me tell you.

It was a cold and humid night. I was invited to a birthday party at Changi Aloha. As you all know, Changi Aloha is directly opposite O.C.H(Old Changi Hospital). Whenever i walk past that place, it always gives me the creeps. Upon reaching the chalet, someone was there to welcome me. It was my friend Winnie. It was her birthday that night.

Some of her friends i recognize them. All were very friendly. We had a lot of fun that night. The last activity was a night walk. Everybody was very anxious about it. Most of them was waiting for an adventure. However they did not expect it to be an adventure they will never forget. The route of our night walk was planned by me. For some reason i wasn't the first person to plan the route. All the people that was called to plan the route rejected the offer. So i took up the offer and planned the route. Before the walk start, i told them the rules for the walk. Nobody was to break the rules. The walk started at exactly 12 midnight. All of us walking in pairs. No one was suppose to walk alone. As the leader of the walk i had to lead them through the entire route.

Halfway through the walk i felt a chill down my spine. So i told another leader to lead them first while i stayed at the back of the group. When i turn around to see what was behind me i was dumbfounded. I dare not make a single sound. Everybody was waiting for me to catch up with them. Some of them ask me what happened back there. I did not say a single word until the whole trip ended. Most of us was very tired after the walk. Some even say that they don't feel very good. So i told them to go get some sleep first. Wait till morning then go see a doctor. The organizers and the birthday girl was very curious about what happened back there. So i told them what happened.

This is exactly what happened that very moment. When i felt the chill down my spine i knew instantly something was amiss.
So i decided to walk at the back to keep a look out. When i turn my body around i saw another group of people behind us. They were floating instead of walking and they were very fast. Very soon they passed our group and i continue to walked on. I was shock at first but i remembered what my father told me. Always be calm and carry on with what you are doing. Don't be scared by them. So i carry on walking towards my group of friends an finish the night walk.

After they heard what i saw back there they were shocked. They ask me what am i gonna do about it. I told them i was going back to the spot to check out something in the morning. They offer to help me so i accepted their help. In the morning before the rest were awake, we went to the same spot to check it out. On the way there we also asked some people whether they knew about this incident. Nobody knows anything about it at all. We were about to give up on asking when suddenly an old man told us what happened to the group of people i saw yesterday.

They were just like us having a walk in the middle of the night. However they got lost halfway through and did not return. When the morning came, they were supposed to check out but nobody returned the keys. So the manager have to go and check the chalet to see what happened. When the manager reach their block, there was no one there. The keys were on the table and all the bags were still there. The manager thought that they went out for breakfast and have not return yet. So he decided to wait for them to return. He waited till nightfall but nobody returned. Suddenly he got a call saying that someone found a body near the forest beside the chalet and had already called the police. So he went there to see who the person was. To his astonishment, the body was the boy who was suppose to check out earlier on. After the police came, they found more bodies. All belongs to
the same group of people who went missing since yesterday.

Shortly after the old man finish his story, Winnie received a call from the chalet saying that some of the friends were having high fever and a few of them were vomiting in the toilet. we rush back to the chalet and gave everybody some medicine to take. after that we ask them to take a nap and how are they feeling after they wake up.Meanwhile, we went back to find the old man and ask him which block did the group of people stayed in at that time. It was the same block as ours. We were rooted to the ground when we heard the answer.

We went back and check out immediately. The next day everybody gathered at my house and my dad, who was a chinese priest, did a prayer for everybody to cleanse our body of those dirty things. After that incident, we swore not to book that chalet ever again. Everytime we book a chalet we always choose Loyang Aloha instead of Changi Aloha.
