Call Center Ghost

March of the year 2008, somewhere in Taguig City. I was hired to be a CSR.

15 minute break, we were in the training room. Some of my colleages are telling stories about a little boy who fell in the elevator and died when the main branch of our company somewhere in Ortigas,Pasig City, was still under construction. The boy was looking for his father, one of the contractor. Unaware of the unfinished elevator, he then go inside, not knowing that the elevator wasn't installed yet. He fell and died. After the incident, the building was occupied as a hotel and a call center. Many people who work in the building said that they can hear the little boy calling his father. They also told us that the little boy's ghost also moved from Pasig City to Taguig City where our company also have a branch. Of course, I didn't believe it. Where in the world will you see or hear that a ghost can join the company move to other location.

But i was wrong. It is true.

7:00pm of sunday. It's not queueing. You can even count the calls with your fingers. If I'm not mistaken we wre only 7 agents in the office. Me and my friend were chatting when our colleages stood up and stared at us with an astonishing stare. We thought they heard us chatting about a confidencial issue. We were silent. Then asked, "Yes?! Is there something wrong?!" They didn't answer for about 5 seconds. And then they told us to transfer to other stations available. We asked why. But they just shouted at us, "Just do it!" So we transfer.

Lunch time that same shift. Our colleages approached us and told us what they saw. They saw a man-like-shadow appearance running from the snoozebox towards us. They even saw it went under my station. But we didn't see anything running towards us that very moment. But while they were telling us about it, goosebumps and cold wind kissed our faces.
