Possible Ghost?

It was about around 10-11 pm I went to my towns Cemetery (that is like far far away from the town itself)
There's no lights anywhere the Cemetery and there was no moon showing and all we had was a crappy little bike torch that didn't give much light so it was pretty freaky...I didn't know what I could call this picture as i cant be 100% correct that it is a ghost it just looks like a white face and that its wearing a hoodie or cloak? If you cant see anything its in middle row 3rd grave (furthest away from the camera) If its too hard I might have to make a marked one to help some people out maybe..? The Only editing i did was scribble over someone's grave for respect for the person and their family members.
