Sleep paralysis is the state of where the body sleeps but the mind is still awake, in general. Terrible nightmares are common for us to experience.
The first time I've encountered this was when on the edge of puberty. A heavy weight which I could not lift, was suddenly placed on on top of my body. Eventually, the second time was when I felt someone or somethingT was tugging my blanket so hard yet I had the guts to scold to thin air. I was reading the synopsis of the horror game Fatal Frame(it's AWESOME, check it out) on the floor, facing the stairs of my house. It was in broad daylight and i'd figured what the heck, i'll play it, when suddenly i saw a crawling figure beside the stairs. I froze because, HECK, it was crawling TO me, it had no face, just a black figure.
Then a thud scared the shit out of me, it was my mother who tried to slam herself on the couch, after a hard morning. By the time, I looked back to the stairs, it was gone. >> READ MORE
